Golf Questions
  1. What does 'flex' mean?
    The flex is a measure of the flexbility of the shaft during the swing, and are ranked from (most flexible) Ladies - Senior - Regular - Stiff/Firm (least flexibile). Most beginners should start with the obvious choice - ladies with ladies flex, seniors with senior flex, men with regular flex. Taller gents or those with a quicker swing may consider stiff flex.
